Recipe of the Week
This recipe has a lot of instructions, so instead of typing them all out I'll post the ingredient list to get you interested and a link to the full recipe for the how to.
Chicken Florentine Style
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and freshly ground black pepper
all-purpose flour, for dredging
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sliced shallots
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 1/2 cups dry white wine (or chicken broth)
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley
2 packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained
cooked pasta

Yeah for Delaney! Grandma and Grandpa B are sooo excited to see you in about a week! Yeah for Ryan and his great run, too!
D gets really excited when Rosie is nearby. The dog either gets in a few licks and walks away or tries to instigate a "fight." She's not being mean aggressive, just wants to play so at that point I have to kick her arse. The dog's, not Delaney's :)
She is so cute. I just want to pinch her cheeks!!!
